Location: Salem Hospital, 890 Oak Street SE, Salem, Oregon 97301 Salem Health is seeking a compassionate and dynamic nurse manager to lead our Employee Health Department. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled nurse leader, or someone early in their leadership career, to make a meaningful impact on the health, safety, and wellness of our workforce. You'll oversee a small, dedicated team and help shape a culture of care, safety, and regulatory excellence. As the face of Employee Health for many new hires, the nurse manager should help set the tone for professionalism and care at Salem Health. You'll be stepping into a stable and cohesive team, where workflows and processes have been thoughtfully established.
