Senior / Principal Remediation Specialist California, USA Worley Consulting's contaminated sites group, part of the Liability Management & Restoration (LM&R) service line is seeking a Senior / Principal Remediation Specialist to join the California and North America practice. This full-time position will be based in southern California and focus on contributing to the growth of the contaminated sites group, with a concentration on the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will drive sales with local clients, manage teams in the performance of contaminated site investigations and remediation projects including the development and implementation of remedial strategies leading to site closure. Role will include client meetings, proposal preparation, project execution and management, technical review, regulatory meetings, and client interface. Overall Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: * Lead business development in southern California for the oil and gas industry on behalf of the contaminated sites group and LM&R service line. * Foster client relationships that support the LM&R service line strategy and growth. * Support the growth of the contaminated sites group through the development of business strategies, client relationships and opportunity pursuits. * Partner with other Worley business leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align the contaminated sites group's capabilities and expertise to opportunities and projects in the larger Worley business. * Provide technical review, project execution, and serve as the technical lead for contaminated site investigation and remediation projects. * Provide mentorship for junior staff.
