About the role:

As the Sr. Program & Project Manager for the Workplace team, you will manage key global Workplace programs and projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities from planning to execution. This role partners with cross-functional teams across the organization to develop and implement solutions, frameworks, and processes that improve Workplace operational efficiency and employee experience. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations, this role contributes to the direction of team initiatives, tracks progress, and ensures measurable outcomes.

What you'll do:



  • Manage global Workplace programs, informing program plans and supporting execution from initiation to completion.
  • Drive execution on multiple program and project deliverables by collaborating across cross-functional teams and tracking timelines for effective delivery.
  • Develop solutions and frameworks to improve program efficiency in response to identified outcomes or business needs.
  • Identify key challenges faced by Workplace teams, employees, and cross-functional partners, proposing effective solutions aligned with program objectives.
  • Support the design and execution of new pilots and programs based on business needs and leadership direction.
  • Track success metrics and monitor the evolution, adoption, and impact of programs, recommending and assisting with improvements as needed.
  • Develop and implement communication plans and change management strategies to increase employee adoption and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics to cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Support the streamlining of Workplace technology utilization and assist in integrating new capabilities into current workflows.



What we're looking for:



  • Expertise in program and/or project management.
  • Experience guiding organizations through growth and scalability.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive in addressing ambiguous problems and collaborating on solutions.
  • Able to work across functions and synthesizing multiple points of view into an action plan.
  • Capable of influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and an independent learning mindset.
  • Eagerness to explore and apply AI technologies to optimize Workplace programs and solve operational challenges.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with data and making informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
  • General understanding of the tech ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, or equivalent experience.



In-Office Requirement Statement:



  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL.
