Department Summary The UNT System Human Resources Department is one department made of a team of teams that supports various constituencies and component institutions within our UNT System Enterprise while working together to achieve the vision of becoming an enterprise that is values-driven and customer-focused with an emphasis on excellence, curiosity, and innovation. Position Overview This position provides services across multiple human resources functions including employee recognition, employee engagement, project management, and communications. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of employee programs and events. The position manages all aspects of highly visible events, executing all logistics, budget, demonstrating superior customer service, exercising considerable initiative and independent judgment, and operating with a high level of detail in the performance of assigned duties. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; two years of relevant work experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
