  • Annual Salary of $50,000


Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator for Community Residential Supports (CRS) is responsible for project management, system administration and recordkeeping. You will be responsible for providing business analytics to support growth as well as process and operational improvements - including service efficiencies as directed and to assure compliance. This position acts as the liaison between program leadership, potential candidates, and employees. You will also provide administrative support to the Senior Director and Senior Area Director.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Business or comparable experience.
  • Experience completing reports and analyzing data.
  • Experience training groups of people.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience or understanding of person-centered planning processes and 245D requirements.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, email, keyboarding, computer operation, and knowledge of uploading documents to an intranet site.
  • Office management and basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Knowledge of pertinent software utilized by LSS preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Personal Support Services programs preferred.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Project Management Certification, or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
