Position Summary

The College of Pharmacy is seeking an Office Assistant to join our
Office of Curricular Affairs. We're looking for a reliable and motivated
individual who is both a self-starter and a strong listener, capable of
following directions with precision while also taking initiative to contribute
independently. The student employee will
assist with various programs and course related projects as well as some
activities for our Continuing Pharmacy Education (CPE) office. The selected
candidate will be responsible for maintaining files, photocopying, scanning
priority documents, and working with confidential materials. Additional duties
include setting up classroom and lab materials, administrative support for
co-curricular activities and assessments, assisting with inventory control,
data entry with spreadsheets and other third-party software, assisting with
answering phones, and greeting visitors to the Office of Curricular Affairs.
This position requires the ability to create professionally worded documents,
including written correspondence, emails, and explanatory directions. Special
projects and other duties may be assigned as needed.

A Work Study Award for all semesters is required for this position.
