Manager, Creative Resourcing & Operations

Possible Contract-to-Hire

Imagine this: A major campaign is about to launch. Deadlines are tight, expectations are high, but the right creative resources aren't lined up. Designers are overloaded, freelancers aren't onboarded, and critical assets stall. The result? Missed deadlines, wasted budget, and lost opportunities. This is where YOU come in.

We're looking for a Manager of Creative Resourcing & Operations to make sure this never happens. You'll lead the planning and resource allocation of 1,200+ marketing projects per year, ensuring every initiative has the right people, processes, and workflows in place to succeed.

What You'll Do



  • Working with the Creative PM Team you will lead resourcing for 1,200+ projects annually across internal teams, freelancers, and agency partners
  • Own Workfront for project resourcing, workflow optimization, and tracking
  • Enhance existing dashboards to avoid bottlenecks and deliver actionable results
  • Streamline workflows to boost productivity and creative output
  • Manage daily studio operations and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Mentor creative team members and foster a collaborative, innovative culture


What We're Looking For



  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations or resourcing
  • Expert-level proficiency in Workfront (required) - including building dashboards, optimizing workflows, and reporting
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing both in-house and freelance teams
  • Proven track record of improving workflows and scaling processes
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
