Responsibilities
- Engage proactivelywith prospective students via phone, email, and SMS using a strategic contact approach.
- Assess and qualifyapplicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals.
- Guide studentsthrough the enrollment process, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Build strong relationshipsin a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Stay compliantwith university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
- Adapt quicklyto changes and implement updates with ease.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and evenings to accommodate student, departmental and company's needs
Working Hours:
- On-site: 2 days per week, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- Remote: 2 days per week, 10:00AM - 7:00PM/11:00AM - 8:00PM
- Fridays: Remote, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.7 and $25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
