The Americas Azure CSA Finance team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead one of our high-impact Azure Solution Areas. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior leaders across the Americas Business Group, Field Finance, MCAPS Core, and Engineering Finance, driving insights and decisions that fuel Azure's growth across the region. ResponsibilitiesPrioritize Deliver business insights and identify growth opportunities in Azure CSA. Drive thoughtful GTM strategy, support new initiatives to grow the business. Articulate findings into high quality analysis and communications, facilitate executive decision making across finance, and stakeholder executive leadership. Maintain good pulse on execution, risk, and opportunity, to ensure we design optimal GTM strategy based on learning and feedback. Conduct regular revenue and key performance indicators reviews, develop quarterly forecasts and targets, and support business reviews. Partnership Partner with stakeholders to drive analytics, insights and forecasting for revenue and investments - what's working/what's not and drive actionable business health analysis through monthly/quarterly rhythms. Protect Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring accuracy of financial documents and business processes; drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
