In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for full-time employees of Western Union, primarily within the United States.

Role Responsibilities



  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective employees for employment for senior management and below positions based on qualification match and cultural fit.
  • Work with resources such as tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
  • Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and selection process.
  • Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores as well as operational and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and candidates to increase trust at every connection.
  • Understand company strategy and can articulate ho the position connects to it.
  • Advise stakeholders on the recruiting environment that influences how we assess and select talent.
  • Drive the recruiting process through technology, time management and organization.


Role Requirements



  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Experience in corporate recruiting with some experience in technology a plus.
  • Proven relationship-building and ability to quickly establish credibility with leadership at different levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated deep recruiting and hiring process expertise.
  • Strong negotiation, consulting, and communication skills.

Salary

The base salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
