Overview

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Brand plays a key leadership role within the marketing team, overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and drive demand for the bank's products and services. This role emphasizes digital marketing, website oversight and strategy, and content-driven campaigns while managing communications, events, and brand integrity across all channels.



Responsibilities

    Partner with the Chief Consumer Banking Officer, Director of Marketing and Retail Delivery, and business line leaders to execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital-first marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising-closely integrated with website content and messaging.
  • Oversee the bank's website as a key marketing asset, managing content updates, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the site aligns with campaigns, branding, and user experience best practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with campaign goals, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery across digital channels including website, social media, and email.
  • Execute integrated campaigns across both online (web, social, search, email, display) and offline (print, direct mail, events, billboards) channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships for creative, digital platforms, and marketing automation tools (website, email, CRM/MCIF), ensuring performance and alignment with budget and goals.
  • Support the integrity of physical branch branding and digital banking experiences in alignment with marketing standards.
  • Define KPIs, track marketing performance, and use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM insights) to optimize strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across departments to support lead generation, lending, and customer engagement through targeted campaigns and measurable frameworks.
  • Coach and develop marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.


Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related business field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital advertising, website strategy, campaign strategy, and content execution.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the financial services industry preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of financial services is desirable.
  • Social Media platform certification.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
  • Experience with purchasing PPC (Pay Per Click) monitoring digital ad performance and bidding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with MCIF and CRM database management.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Strong editorial skills in English composition, grammar, and proofreading.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals.
