Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day

Job Description:

  • Schedule: Hybrid- Monday and Friday are WFH, Tuesday-Thursday are in the office.
  • No expenses, no travel.
  • Top Skills/Notes: This role requires familiarity/experience with real estate contracts. This is a production based role and the resource will review already "negotiated" agreements for customer accounts. This does not require a JD candidate; there will be no contract negotiations. The resource will review around 12 agreements per day to ensure agreement details are accurate.
  • Responsible for the quality assurance of daily activities, processes, and system tools associated with contracts and other document deliverables. Manages quality control activities based on knowledge of business requirements and understanding of contract law, interpretation, and ability to analyze agreements for accuracy minimize risks.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze contract language with an understanding of terms and conditions to ensure contracts and other document deliverables are legally sufficient, accurate, and match the expectations of all parties.
  • Collaborate and build/maintain relationships with internal/external customers to provide consistent, accurate, and necessary supplemental documents to enhance customer service and expedite contract execution.
  • Manage other contracts and document deliverable requirement nuances.
  • Project manages certain projects and analyzes quality exception results with business partners, and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and/or support training initiatives.
  • Prioritize and manage workflow activities through effective project management, customer service, and streamlined communications.
  • Perform reviews of systems and procedures to identify performance gaps, trends, and need for system and/or process enhancements to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables and minimize discrepancies improving customer experience and mitigating risk.
  • Advocate and lead strategic solutions with management, business partners, and/or customers to determine implications and remediation plans based on exceptions and associated findings.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-team effectiveness and remove organizational barriers to promote strong teamwork, collaboration and excellent customer service.

Education/Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.


Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of experience in data gathering/analysis.
  • Experience in contract review and/or development; preferred experience with real estate contracts in production environment.
  • Audit, quality control, and/or project management experience a plus.
