Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION This position is responsible for gathering data, analyzing data, and preparing reports including disseminating information from various sources and systems and is crucial in transforming data into insightful reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This position supports operations activities, projects and initiatives to resolve issues by working with staff within the department or across departments. This role involves understanding operations and processes that impact operations and provide solutions to design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will receive inquiries and conduct research to resolve issues including collaborating across departments as well as preparing communications for the dissemination of information, resolution of issues, or support of activities. NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex, requiring in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two. Relocation assistance is not available, sponsorship will not be extended either now or in the future. #LI-TP1 #LI-hybrid JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree and 3 years' reporting experience OR 7 years' reporting experience Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial applications Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives Problem resolution skills Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate them into clear insights PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience with reporting and query tools as well as data visualization tools (i.e. SQL, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Power BI or Tableau) Familiarity with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the Statutory Accounting Principles. The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
