Small Project Specialist

LaForce is seeking a Security Integration Small Project Specialist to support our Outside Sales and Project Management teams in the Tampa, FL office. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support to our Sales and Project Management teams while learning about access control and security projects. This position is a great opportunity to build your skills in project coordination, customer service, and administration in a supportive, team-based environment.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Sales and Project Management teams with organizing and tracking project details.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer service and technical support needs related to access control and security products.
• Assist with pricing, quoting, and compiling technical information for access control and security systems.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project.
• Help manage project timelines by coordinating with coworkers, vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with project documentation.
• Provide general office and administrative support in the Tampa office as needed.

What You'll Bring:

A bachelor's degree (B.A.) is preferred-equivalent work experience, training, or military service will also be considered. We're looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with security systems or technical components is a plus, but not required. This role also requires the ability to work well across teams and departments, and prior experience with project coordination, estimating, or customer support is helpful.
