Temple University's Education Abroad Department is searching for a Part-time Administrative Assistant! Hourly Pay Rate: $22-25/hr. Position Summary The Administrative Assistant serves as the initial point of contact for the Education Abroad office reception/front desk and performs a wide variety of front-line client services. The Administrative Assistant provides traditional office administrative support to the Education Abroad operations, including managing the front desk, answering telephones and greeting visitors; scheduling appointments and meetings; tracking student applications; handling mailings/shipments and supply orders; and assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports. Performs other related duties as assigned. The Assistant supports the Manager of Finance & Operations and the Director of Education Abroad with scheduling, record keeping, drafting documents, and other projects as assigned. This position is part-time (30 hours per week) entirely in-person at Temple University's Main Campus.
