JOB TITLE: Assistant Professor JOB PURPOSE: The College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track position to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Teach law related courses and direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic over the academic year and run the clinic as needed during other times Maintain active scholarly research and professional development Advise and mentor students Provide service to the department, college and university SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS: As directed WORK LOCATION: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent; licensed to practice law in a US state bar association, and be willing to become licensed in the state of Wyoming DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent, licensed to practice law in a US state bar association, and be willing to become license in the state of Wyoming; Ability to direct the Civil Legal Services Clinic and teach in other areas of the law curriculum Ability to teach at the College of Law and university level REQUIRED MATERIALS: Complete the online application and upload the following for a complete application: cover letter, resume or C.V. and contact information for four work-related references.
