What it's like to be a Lean Facilitator at Lean Facilitator As a Lean Facilitator at Tree Top, you will engage in a variety of key responsibilities daily. You can expect to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects by applying lean principles, identifying areas for efficiency, and implementing effective solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops, and coaching employees on lean methodologies to enhance process performance. On a typical day, you'll analyze operational metrics, guide teams in problem-solving sessions, and prepare reports to track progress. Your schedule will consist of day shifts from Monday to Friday, offering you a consistent work-life balance while immersing yourself in a fun, team-oriented culture. Expect to participate in regular meetings to foster open communication and share best practices across departments, ensuring a customer-focused approach in all initiatives. What you need to be successful To succeed as a Lean Facilitator at Tree Top, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions. Proficiency in lean methodologies, including Six Sigma, is essential, alongside experience in project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effectively collaborating with diverse teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Familiarity with relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and data analysis tools, will enhance your ability to track progress and facilitate workshops. Additionally, you should be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining customer-focused. This position is based in Bothell, WA, and requires 30% travel to our facilities in Woodburn, OR, Oxnard, CA, and Selah, WA, allowing you to engage with multiple teams and apply your skills across various locations. Pay Information Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $144,000.00 annually Target Starting Range: $95,000.00 to 105,000.00 This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
