Finance Coordinator II

Description

This position is primarily responsible for helping in multiple finance department areas and filling in as needed.

Primary duties:



  1. File state sales taxes monthly and quarterly by their due dates
  2. Answer payment line and process payments for customers
  3. Support the finance team in the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and variance analysis
  4. Utilize the Aging Report to contact customers for initial and follow-up calls for past due balances
  5. Filling out pay applications timely
  6. Back up for project closeout specialist to complete lien waivers and closeout documentation
  7. Back up for the credit administrative assistant by posting checks to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
  8. Processing insurance certificate requests
  9. Reconciling general contractor accounts between the contract and actual invoices
  10. Review purchase orders/contracts. Approve/amend as necessary to ensure mutual agreement between Inpro and the customer.
  11. Work on special projects and reports
  12. All other duties as assigned

Ideal candidates will possess the following:



  • 2 - 4 year college degree with emphasis in finance, accounting or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
