Maxar is seeking a Multi-INT Analytic Methodologist for a highly technical, hands-on position requiring deep experience in fusing multiple intelligence disciplines to answer complex questions and shape future analytic capabilities. This role goes beyond advising - you'll be expected to conduct multi-INT analysis, collaborate with R&D teams, and translate analytic needs into technical requirements. You'll play a central role in driving mission success through applied expertise and analytic innovation.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:

  • This position is onsite full time in Reston, VA.

  • Perform multi-INT analysis to directly answer Requests for Information (RFIs), leveraging SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, GIS, and remote sensing data.

  • Shape and support R&D efforts by applying analytic tradecraft to help guide the development of new tools, workflows, and capabilities.

  • Translate complex mission needs into technical requirements for software development teams, ensuring tools align with real-world analytic workflows.

  • Brief senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders on technical issues and solutions in clear, mission-relevant terms.

  • Serve as the in-house technical SME for all-source/multi-INT integration, ensuring methodologies remain operationally relevant and analytically rigorous.

  • Mentor and train analysts and technical staff on how to apply advanced multi-INT methods in day-to-day analysis.

  • Respond to RFIs from across the organization; proactively generate RFIs when workflows are underutilized or gaps are identified.

  • Perform tradecraft gap analyses to identify current limitations and propose novel analytic or technical solutions.

  • Represent the voice of the analyst during capability evaluations, tool design, and prototype testing.

  • Maintain awareness of emerging tools, datasets, and analytic approaches; assess their potential value and recommend adoption when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain CI polygraph.

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in all-source intelligence, analytic methodology, or data-driven analysis with a focus on multi-INT integration.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently conduct complex analysis using multiple data types and intelligence sources.

  • Experience delivering analytic products and answering RFIs in fast-paced, mission-focused environments.

  • Proven ability to train and mentor analysts on multi-INT tools, workflows, and best practices.

  • Strong communication skills, including briefing technical and non-technical audiences and writing analytic and technical documentation.

  • Experience engaging with tool development or R&D teams to guide tool evolution from the user's perspective.

  • Self-directed, innovative, and comfortable operating in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting or advising R&D, analytic tool developers, or software engineers.

  • Working knowledge of platforms like ArcGIS, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, or similar mission-focused tools.

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, Agile development, or tool acquisition lifecycles.

  • Demonstrated success leading analytic innovation efforts, pilot programs, or cross-functional working groups.

  • Understanding of data governance, metadata standards, and operational integration of technical capabilities.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

* The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $115,000.00 - $191,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
