The Senior Talent Management Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering innovative Learning and Development (L&D), Performance and Career Management, and Organizational Development solutions to drive a Talent Management strategy focused on ensuring a high-engagement and innovative culture, and proactively addressing business needs. The position is also responsible for providing a range of services with a focus on onboarding, leadership and professional development, performance and career management, succession planning, workforce planning, and measurement and assessment. The position, which resides in the Talent Management COE, reports to the Vice President, Human Resources. Responsibilities
* Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement impactful programs and initiatives; serve as an internal consultant to support talent needs including gap analysis and/or diagnosis, intervention, design and implementation of approaches to align with and meet business priorities. Required Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master's degree in Degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred) The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$112,500 -$215,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
