Cencora is seeking an organized and technology-savvy Insurance Risk Analyst to join our Insurance Risk Management team. This role provides technical and analytical support on the procurement and management of Cencora's insurance programs. Under the direction of the Manager, Insurance Risk Management (Insurance Manager), the Insurance Risk Analyst is responsible for maintaining and analyzing various aspects of the company's insurance programs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the department, including file organization, data collection for insurance renewals, and leveraging technology to streamline risk management processes. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong prioritization skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and a passion for making a meaningful impact. This position has no direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Insurance Manager to develop and prepare underwritingrenewal exhibits, applications and assist with renewals as requested.

  • Review all renewal quotes, binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy andcompleteness, organizing them in the Risk Management shared directories.

  • Review, process payment for and track all insurance premiums and insurance-related invoices and expenses, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.

  • Gather, analyze and maintain insurance exposures for premium audits andongoing reporting as needed.

  • Oversee and maintain Cencora's Master schedule of insurance.

  • Become a subject matter expert as respects the Risk Management InformationSystem, Riskonnect, including primary responsibility for the insurance policymanagement function.

  • Create loss experience reports using the Risk Management Information Systemon a scheduled and ad hoc basis

  • Support the Insurance Manager in the lease and contract review process,including preliminary document review and handling insurance provisions, routineedits and exceptions.

  • Participate in negotiations with client/supplier legal or risk teams on contractlanguage as needed

  • Assist the International Insurance Manager to ensure all international entities areappropriately represented on international insurance policies.

  • Coordinate the Enhanced Liability program, including calculating pricing, trackingacceptance and invoicing business units.

  • Track FM property recommendations using their online reporting system.

  • Provide backup support to the Insurance Coordinator with supplier setup andmanagement, as well as the certificate of insurance processes.

  • Assist in overseeing Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI).

  • Comply with all applicable Cencora policies and procedures.

  • Support the Risk Management department with ad-hoc projects, including specialreports, audits and additional insurance-related tasks.

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience

  • 2 - 5 years of progressive corporate experience in fields such as insurance,business administration, accounting, finance, sales, marketing, or similar vocations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Accounting,Finance, or a related field, is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Excellent organizational and file management skills with keen attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of theorganization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) andother relevant software tools.

  • Advanced level experience with Excel to produce large data sets and dataconsolidation

  • Riskonnect or other risk management information systems (RMIS) experience isstrongly preferred
