The Opportunity

Adobe is the market leader in software products and services that empower creativity, digital documents, and marketing innovation through Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Express, Firefly, and Experience Cloud.

The Director, Product Marketing for Firefly Foundry will play a pivotal role in shaping Adobe's enterprise Generative AI strategy and go-to-market approach. This leader will act as an "intrapreneur" - translating emerging technology and market opportunity into meaningful customer and business impact. You will define and drive the narrative for how Adobe's AI innovation unlocks value for the world's most creative and marketing-driven enterprises.

You'll partner across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to define market opportunities and drive positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for enterprise offerings that leverage generative AI and automation to revolutionize creativity, original content creation, productivity, and content supply chains. You will drive initial acceleration of providing complex media solutions for media & entertainment and global brands & retailers.

What You Will Do

  • Lead AI-Centric Market & Customer Insight

    • Build a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, content workflows, and AI adoption drivers. Identify whitespace and high-impact generative AI use cases; translate these insights into product marketing strategies and roadmap influence.

  • Drive Enterprise AI Offering Development

    • Own the end-to-end product marketing process for AI-enhanced solutions-from business case development and competitive differentiation to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activation.

  • Accelerate Growth & GTM for AI Solutions

    • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to launch AI capabilities, create sales enablement tailored to AI value propositions across industries, and execute demand generation strategies that drive enterprise acquisition and expansion.

  • Champion Responsible AI Storytelling & Thought Leadership

    • Develop compelling narratives that articulate the value and responsible innovation of Adobe's AI solutions. Represent Adobe at industry events, media opportunities, and customer briefings.

  • Lead & Mentor a High-Impact Team

    • Manage and inspire a team of Product Marketing Managers; ensure alignment across Product, GTM, and Enablement on AI-focused positioning and launch strategies.

  • Ensure Executional Excellence

    • Remove barriers, validate opportunities, and deliver high-quality GTM plans and marketing assets with speed and precision.

  • Provide insight into key industry verticals including Media & Entertainment, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Retailers

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product marketing, enterprise strategy, or related roles, with at least some exposure to AI product marketing.

  • 3-5+ years managing or mentoring product marketing talent.

  • Demonstrated success in launching net new enterprise offerings, especially with a combination of technology and service components.

  • Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics) and enterprise use cases.

  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles, buyer personas, and value-based messaging.

  • Experience with media & entertainment and/or retail industries.

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $163,200 -- $302,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
