We're scaling fast in Austin and need an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own requisitions end-to-end, partner directly with leadership, and influence hiring strategy. If you thrive in high-volume, high-pressure recruiting and love being a trusted advisor, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, sales, and G&A roles.
• Handle a high-volume requisition load while maintaining quality and candidate care.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, influencing intake, process, and selection.
• Source talent creatively in the Austin market through multiple channels.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership on recruiting activity and results.
• Use Greenhouse and AI + automation to optimize recruiting efficiency.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to improving recruiting practices.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
• Proven ability to recruit and source in the Austin market.
• Strong organizational skills to balance shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Must live in Austin, TX and work onsite 2-3 days per week.
