Position Summary:

The Ecommerce Analyst, Amazon is vital in strengthening partnerships with key retailers in Ecommerce for Nestle Health Science. This role drives actionable insights that align with our Ecommerce customer priorities and directly supports the Amazon business. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting Ecommerce-specific metrics, managing demand planning, overseeing content management, and coordinating supply chain and marketing initiatives for assigned categories. By enhancing our Ecommerce strategies, this position significantly impacts the organization's growth and customer engagement.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Development/Ecommerce team by organizing and interpreting retailer and third-party data sources related to consumer, retailer, and industry insights
  • Identify key insights and lead the development and execution of recommendations for the Amazon account
  • Own and optimize weekly Ecommerce reporting and support team with analysis and insights for regularly scheduled merchant meetings
  • Leverage data and established guidelines to deliver best-in-class merchandising recommendations at the e-retailer level
  • Analytical foundations - develop standardized category review templates to help drive actionable insights
  • Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics supporting strategic decisions and identifying risks/opportunities/white space to the NHSc portfolio
  • Own content management and optimizations for key accounts
  • Produce advanced Consumer Data (Market Research, Retail Media Analysis, Digital Penetration Opportunities, etc.)
  • Assist with any research and lead projects to deliver solutions benefiting both the customer and category
  • Work with agency partner(s) and internal teams on forecasting while communicating changes that will impact the overall supply chain
  • Identify and create necessary analytical tools required to efficiently diagnose business performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods experience, preferably FMCG ( Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • 1+ years of Ecommerce experience, preferably Amazon
  • Power BI experience strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Office (very strong Excel/PowerPoint), IRI, Customer and Syndicated Data
  • Understanding of Content/SEO
  • Prior experience working directly with account teams preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000- $85,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
