Valet Living is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to oversee the financial performance of our Amenity Services and Corporate SG&A segments. In this newly created role, you will report to the Vice President of FP&A to drive the transformation of financial planning processes, deliver actionable insights, and guide decisions that shape the future of the business. As a trusted partner to executive leadership, the Director of FP&A will lead cost management, operational efficiency, and strategic financial initiatives.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

  • Salary Range: $115,600 - $160,000
  • Bonus Target: 15% of annual salary
  • Travel: up to 10% of the time

What You'll Do:

  • Lead FP&A Activities: Oversee all FP&A responsibilities for Amenity Services and Corporate SG&A, supporting strategic decision-making, cost control, and financial performance insights.
  • Strengthen Financial Acumen: Build tools and training that empower leaders across the organization to make sound, data-driven decisions.
  • Transform Planning Models: Redesign forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in partnership with Sales, Operations, and Pricing teams.
  • Deliver Executive Reporting: Provide reporting, dashboards, and presentations that summarize results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze & Advise: Assess performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and recommend actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Support P&L Management: Partner with cross-functional decision makers to drive accountability for spending and margin management.
  • Drive Cost Efficiency: Lead initiatives in SG&A rationalization, COGS optimization, and track savings realization.
  • Model Scenarios: Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluation.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Provide FP&A support for corporate initiatives, strategic projects, and M&A due diligence.
  • Develop Talent: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Implement Best Practices: Introduce process improvements and FP&A standards that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Influence at the Top: Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 8+ years in finance or analytics roles, including 4+ years in a financial leadership capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Financial Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
  • Systems Knowledge: Experience with Oracle Essbase, Vena Solutions, or similar EPM/ERP systems; familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and Workday (HRIS).
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Skilled at simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion with sensitive information.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the specified range.
