Job Summary
Paint pumps, stators, and other parts in an efficient manner resulting in quality finished products.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and paint pumps, stators and other parts in a productive, safe and quality conscious manner.
* Lift truck work loading and unloading paint tables and assisting other departments when required.
* Mix paint, clean equipment, preventive maintenance, order paint and supplies.
* Maintain paint logs, and waste logs.
* Support various marketing projects

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years of experience in a industrial painting or coating.

Core Competencies:
* Experience/demonstrated proficiency with paint processes
* Able to lift 40 LBS
* Regularly and continuously bend, stoop, reach, stand for long periods without significant restriction.
* Tolerant to heat, cold, sometimes noisy environment.
* Able to wear steel toed safety shoes, safety glasses and any other required protective gear.

Preferences:
* Basic Math Skills - able to calculate material needs, for project completion
* Ability to read/write/understand instructions, schedules, markings, prints, etc.
* Some painting experience, proven experience working with a sufficient variety of paints, conditions, and products
* Past manufacturing experience preferred
* Basic Computer Skills
* Ability and interest to be forklift certified

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
This position will be based at our site in Enon, OH, with no travel.
