Forensic Peer Support certification required. Experience providing re-entry peer services in any setting required. Background checks will be required for staff that will work inside criminal justice settings, or other settings. Driver's license and reliable, insured personal transportation required. Assist in creating and enhancing individualized recovery/re-entry plans Help individuals set and reach goals by developing personalized plans and connecting them to relevant resources. Identify crises and facilitate access to appropriate services Recognize emergency situations and guide individuals to proper support, ensuring safety and continuity of care. Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality Adhere to professional codes of ethics and confidentiality regulations to ensure respectful, legal, and trustworthy service delivery, as well as maintain confidentiality regarding information received during the facilitation of recovery support services.
