The Central Data & Analytics Organization at Global is building a next-generation AI/ML platform on AWS, and we're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help us scale smarter and faster. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between data science exploration and robust, production-ready ML systems. As our inaugural MLE hire, you'll be embedded directly in our newly-formed Data Science/Machine Learning team, where you'll collaborate with Data Scientists to architect and implement, from the ground up, a cutting-edge machine learning platform.

You'll sit at the intersection of machine learning engineering, data science workflows, feature engineering, ML Governance, and core ML operations. Your focus will span taking models from notebooks to scalable, reliable production services and building automated pipelines that keep them running efficiently. You will architect scalable cloud infrastructure, automate ML workflows from training to monitoring or governance, and dive into real-world data transformations that power critical business functions like demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and personalized customer experiences.

If you love writing clean, efficient code, solving tangible business problems with machine learning, designing scalable systems, and seeing your work drive decisions at scale

This position is based in our Waltham, MA office. We offer a flexible work environment. This means working up to 2 days a week remotely and the rest of the time in the office.
