Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.



Position Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Integration Engineer to lead and drive a large scale migration for SSOi to Microsoft Entra ID. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic oversight, ensuring seamless integration. You'll lead initiatives that enhance security, streamline access, and enable automation across our digital ecosystem.



Responsibilities

    Lead cross-functional efforts to onboard applications into Entra ID, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
  • Develop and maintain Terraform modules and GitHub workflows for infrastructure-as-code deployments
  • Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to define and enforce identity governance standards
  • Own the lifecycle of Entra app registrations, including automation, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive application migrations to completion


Required Experience/Qualifications

  • 5+ years in identity engineering or cloud infrastructure roles, with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience migrating applications to Entra ID
  • Familiarity with React or other frontend frameworks is a plus (for internal tooling)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and drive adoption across teams


Preferred Experience/Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar
  • Development experience with C# and .net a plus

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
