Continue your journey as a Sr. Manufacturing Support Technician at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You'll provide technical and tooling support to production for continuous improvement with focus on quality issues, productivity, cost reduction, effective corrective actions and safety. Our team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

Are You Looking to



  • Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly. Implement procedures that ensure continued operational excellence throughout the plant.
  • Interface with production operators and engineering to establish product standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification.
  • Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics; engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards.


Are You Ready to



  • Implement, improve, and maintain all key matrices. Records, summarizes, and presents data/information significant to department operations.
  • Sets-up and operate different types of mechanical, electronic, and precision measurement equipment. Provides support and test procedures for quality acceptance.
  • Monitor trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), executes corrective actions and identifies continual improvement opportunities in response to product and/or process failures.


Job Requirements:

What You'll Need



  • AAS in a related discipline is required.
  • 3-5 years relevant manufacturing and/or quality experience.
  • BS degree in an Engineering or related discipline may be used in lieu of experience.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
