CNC Machine Operator

Ready to take your machining skills to the next level? We're seeking CNC Machine Operators to join a growing team where precision, safety, and quality come first. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00/hr (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to exact specifications
• Perform regular quality checks using precision measuring tools
• Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Lift up to 30 lbs. as required

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred (but training may be available for candidates with mechanical aptitude)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Basic math and computer skills
• Willingness to work scheduled shift and occasional overtime
