POSITION SUMMARY

The Ski Valet Supervisor provides leadership and business management skills necessary to grow the success and service quality for the Stratton Mountain Club. The Ski Valet Supervisor is responsible for creating and delivering a memorable experience for all club members and their guests. This will include all facets of arrival and departure, shuttle service, locker room and ski valet services. The supervisor also takes an active role in identifying, initiating, and executing new business and service opportunities within the Stratton Mountain Club. This is a full-time seasonal position. The pay rate for this role is $22.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Oversees daily operations of the Stratton Mountain Club ski valet desk
  • Collaborate with GM of Stratton Mountain Club to develop and implement training, reach NPS goals, and hit financial targets
  • Ensure ski valet information is clear and organized
  • Assist in the hiring and recruitment of front-line staff for ski valet/locker room attendant
  • Organize Wintersteiger ski rack system and ski storage system for members
  • Manage retail counter, monitor inventory, and supervise sales
  • Organize daily guest service tasks
  • Create weekly staff schedule
  • Upkeep of communication boards for team members
  • Other duties as assigned by the GM of Stratton Mountain Club


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Bachelors Degree, preferred

Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service preferred

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Experience as a team leader with emphasis on coaching and training
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
