We are looking for capable, innovative, and enthusiastic achievers to join our team and grow with us. We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Engineering Manager for our site in Calvert City, KY.

What you will do:

The Sr. Project Engineering Manager will provide leadership in the Engineering and Maintenance functions which support the NCA Polymers operations. This position has budget responsibility for capital projects. This position aligns the technical resources necessary for supporting projects. It is the responsibility of each employee to know, understand, and diligently practice our EH&S and Security policies and practices.



  • Lead the Project Engineering organizations in following the Polymers Safety Process to minimize safety incidents
  • Set annual and 5 year Capital Spending Budget for Allentown and Calvert City site based on input from the Supply Chain Organization, Business Units, and Technology. Communicate progress of capital spending and benefits
  • Communicate progress of capital spending and benefits
  • Manage project execution, spending and capitalization throughout the year. Negotiate increases in Polymers N. A. budget within Polymers division as priorities change
  • Develop master site plan including long term utilities, services, and manufacturing needs.
  • Develop and manage individual projects to meet master plan.
  • Execute annual capital plans as well as plan capital expansions in accordance with site master plan.
  • Align the functions of Project Engineering, Plant Engineering, and Maintenance into a common set of goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement long term resource and succession plan.
  • Project Manager for projects up to $50M



What we need from you:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, Masters preferred.
  • 10+ years leadership experience preferred; 10+ years industry experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Understanding and expertise in OSHA PSM regulations
  • Knowledge of the operational details of the manufacturing plants and equipment
  • Ability to cooperate with operations and business teams, learn key work processes quickly, communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Budget planning and cost tracking
  • SAP interface - project and maintenance transactions
  • Project Management experience on CAPEX projects up to $50 M
