What You will Get:
Summary/Objective: This position will have the responsibility of managing our purchasing team in the planning, forecasting, and procuring of all raw materials to support operations. This will be a hands-on position requiring active involvement in the managing of vendors, sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and leading cost-saving initiatives. The position will provide leadership to the development and maintenance of key metrics and analysis associated with procurement and sourcing. Required Education and Experience

Competencies:
Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have supervisory responsibilities upon hiring, direct reports upon hiring. A positive attitude and strong leadership skills are required. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team members regularly talk and listen. This position is moderately active when it comes to movement and requires a lot of walking, sitting, lifting, and assisting coworkers. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary. Pay Range: $90k - $125K per year Freedman by Lippert determines pay based on several factors, including but not limited to the position being offered, education, skills, work experience, and other factors permitted by law. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
