Production Team Leader - Drive Success in Millwork & Distribution

We're looking for a Production Team Leader in Belgrade, MN, to join a respected, family-owned company specializing in millwork and building materials. Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required based on business needs)

Pay: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations, including order picking, packing, staging, loading, and inventory control.
• Ensure millwork products (doors, trim, moldings, etc.) are handled, stored, and delivered with care to maintain quality.
• Train, coach, and motivate a team of 10+ members on safety, company standards, and best practices.
• Work alongside the team in a "working lead" capacity while also managing administrative duties.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in full compliance with safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, sales staff, and office personnel to ensure seamless order flow.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics; millwork or building materials experience strongly preferred.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience with the ability to motivate, train, and develop team members.
• History of leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with shipping software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
