What to Expect

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Finance Transformation team. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in driving business process transformation initiatives for existing business lines across the Finance organizations.


What You'll Do
  • Drive business process improvement, process automation, and system enhancement initiatives for Finance Operations, Accounting, and Tax
  • Lead new market enablement projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to document current business processes and utilize data insights to identify areas of improvement with the highest impact
  • Develop comprehensive proposals for policy, process, system, and organizational structure changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Present recommendations to executive leadership, providing clear justifications and potential outcomes
  • Track and oversee requirements, development, and testing progress, ensuring timely closure and successful implementation
  • Monitor project success through data insights, analyzing key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a global organization with a focus on finance and accounting initiatives being a plus
  • Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering professional presentations to senior-level managers and executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when needed
  • Comfortable working in a complex, fluid, fast-paced, and demanding work environment
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external advisors

    Expected Compensation
    $60,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
