JOB TITLE: Administrative Supervisor, Data Analysis & Planning LOCATION: Syracuse, NY starting salary: $85,000 and up, based on experience POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor, Data Analysis & Planning is responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting strategies, and operational planning for the advancement of clinical care, operational practices, innovation and business development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform on-going monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Develops procedures, goals, objectives, and operational problem resolution strategies.
- Monitors developments affecting EMS, evaluates alternatives, conducts analytical studies, and develops and implements recommendations.
- Participation in process review, development, and quality improvement.
- Interfaces with partner agencies for data transmission and sharing.
- Assists with developing, evaluating, and implementing the Emergency Medical Services Plan.
- Prepare reports as required for duties and as requested by Operational Leadership.
- Establishes and maintains liaison with partner agencies in reporting and information sharing.
- Develops, implements and monitors data collection and analysis systems, and compiles data.
- Develops and maintains strategic relationships with PSAPs, fire departments and hospital partners throughout the county.
- Develops and maintains network of alternative healthcare options for EMS patients.
- Develops and maintains network of transportation options for EMS patients to alternative destinations.
- Ensure optimal service levels to agencies, hospitals, and the medical community.
- Analyze information regarding customer satisfaction, modify processes, and coach employees to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Participate in marketing activities and business development to increase overall revenue and decrease operational costs that are the result of dry runs and lost unit hours.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Licensing/Certification:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current State Certification as an EMT or Paramedic is preferred
- Driving record that passes AMR's National Safety policy requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within supervisory role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Function as an EMT or Paramedic as business dictates.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Driving record in compliance with AMR policy regarding insurability
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
