International Film Publicity Assistant

This exciting role will provide essential support to the international publicity team. You will be responsible for coordinating communications, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations for a wide range of publicity initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile projects and collaborate with a passionate team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to publicity leads, including scheduling, travel arrangements, expense processing, and invoice management.
• Distribute press releases, tune-in reminders, and media alerts to targeted audiences.
• Maintain team calendars and track publicity activities.
• Compile press coverage reports and update records of positive reviews.
• Assist with the planning and execution of PR projects and events.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, ideally with exposure to international public relations.
• Demonstrated interest in international communications, media, or entertainment.
• Strong work ethic, discretion, trustworthiness, and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with calendar management, presentation, and email software.
• Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, meeting deadlines, and follow-through.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams and regions.
• Bachelor's degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.45 to $27.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
