BOLD Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst, you will be a key member of the corporate venture capital fund team. You'll be immersed in the dynamic world of venture capital, evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. Your financial acumen and strategic thinking will directly impact investment decisions and contribute to the success of groundbreaking beauty ventures.

What You'll Do:

* Screen and qualify potential investment opportunities, identifying promising startups and emerging trends.

* Manage the due diligence process, conducting thorough financial analysis and risk assessments.

* Develop detailed business plan models and perform valuation analysis to inform investment decisions.

* Prepare comprehensive internal memoranda and reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

* 2+ years of professional experience in a private equity firm (investment team) and/or in M&A investment banking.

* Excellent writing and research skills. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Familiarity with the beauty industry, consumer brands, consumer retail, and/or venture capital.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.21/hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
