THE ROLE: Content Coordinator, Media Resources (Temporary)

The Content Coordinator is an individual role within the Media Resources team, which is part of Content Services & Operations. The Media Resources team is responsible for reclaiming, curating, and leveraging production shoot footage clips for content creation partners.

The Content Coordinator will coordinate the delivery and ingest of production shoot footage clips and metadata into the asset management system. The Content Coordinator will also assist with oversight of the content pipeline and provide general operational support as needed, such as researching, processing and delivering content requests from internal and external partners as well as curating content within the asset management system.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage ingest of media from internal partners into the asset management system.

  • Create/review metadata and maintain project trackers, database reports, and dashboards; collect and analyze data to refine reporting.

  • Assist with curation of content within asset management system.

  • Process requests and deliver content to internal and external teams.

  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement improvements to boost reliability and efficiency.

  • Develop, document, and roll out best practices; adjust processes to correct deficiencies.

  • Provide cross-functional support to business areas as needed.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or an internship

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Airtable and Signiant Products and Services is a plus.

  • Media archives/stock footage industry experience highly desired.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Related work experience will be considered.

Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Global Media on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.

CompensationContract Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00

Thepay rate displayed serves as agood faith estimate for this role.
