Koch Disruptive Technologies ("KDT", KochDisrupt.com) is seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a member of the KDT team, you will be responsible for assisting in the underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution for new financial investments in high-potential companies across a range of industries. This role offers career development support and hands-on experience working alongside experienced investment professionals.

Our Team

KDT is the venture capital and growth equity arm of Koch Industries, a large, privately owned business with significant capital strength and liquidity. KDT's investment mandate is to originate and invest in promising entrepreneurs and disruptive technologies.

This role will be based in Wichita, KS. This role is not eligible for employment sponsorship

What You Will Do

  • Assist in underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for potential equity investments
  • Prepare and contribute to presentations for senior management that assess valuation, return profiles, competitive advantage, and risks
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis related to potential investments and markets of interest
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies, leveraging KDT's Koch Labs capability to enhance performance
  • Develop and refine venture investment skills through active deal team participation and mentorship
  • Engage with entrepreneurs and KDT leadership to gain insights into innovative business models and technologies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Eligible for full-time employment no later than Summer 2026
  • Bachelor's degree expected by Summer 2026 in Business or Finance or Accounting or Economics or Risk Management or Investments
  • Able to work in the US without sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in an internship or professional work experience in the corporate investment or financial analysis or business development space
  • Experience conducting company due diligence or industry & market research
  • Experience working in the technology sector and familiarity with software, healthcare, semiconductor, supply chain, or manufacturing technologies
