Description Our client is a multi hospital health system. They are primarily adult, but have 1 children's hospital. They have over 18,000 employees, 2,900 physicians, and 1800 beds. Our client is looking for an experienced Willow Ambulatory and Inventory analyst for a 9 month contract depending on the start date (the project will last through end of May 2026). Ideally they'd be ready to start in 2-3 weeks if not sooner. Our client is already live on Willow Ambulatory and Inventory. Our client is acquiring the an Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy. They are also physically moving the location. They are migrating that Specialty pharmacy from the Omnicell New Leaf EMR to Epic Willow Ambulatory. There is a huge conversion piece of it where they need to convert historical data. There is no official go live date yet but they are expecting it to be 6-9 months from now. Omnicell will continue management of the EMR there until they get them live on Epic. This is a small pharmacy with ~5 employees. They are expecting this person to be onsite for 1 week at go live. Our client is also wrapping up a 340B optimization project where they rebuilt existing specialty outpatient pharmacy under a hospital rev location instead of at the corporate level. They have a PM that is overseeing the Specialty Pharmacy project as a whole, but that person is overseeing construction, end user devices, etc. They are hoping this person can help with organization around WAMB build. This should be a person with strong organizational skills. - This person needs to be a self-starter - This person should be able to work appropriately with the Epic TS - This person should be someone that completes taks timely when specifically asked to do certain tasks - This should be a person that looks to finds solutions when they meet roadblocks. - This person should be available during normal business hours consistently and communicate if they need to step away for personal reasons. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
