The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Central Verifications Office Manager reports to the Assistant Vice President of System Medical Affairs. Under limited supervision, the Manager oversees the operations of the RWJBarnabas Health Centralized Verification Office to develop, manage and monitor processes and procedures that support the credentialing, re-credentialing, and expirables data management processes. The CVO Manager is responsible for supervision of credentialing specialists supporting CVO activities and will manage daily operations, establish performance standards, and incorporate continuous process improvement when necessary to ensure efficiency and accuracy of credentialing related activities. This position will manage credentialing operations for the CVO with a focus on supporting and ensuring best-practice, efficient, and cost-effective credentialing across the organization.
