Spectrum is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who thrives on managing intricate data sets and producing high-impact reports, dashboards, and forecasts. In this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in helping management maximize resources across departments by interpreting trends and identifying opportunities. WHAT OUR SENIOR DATA ANALYST ENJOY THE MOST Conduct complex data analysis for a variety of analytic solutions; integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements. Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities; identify and define data quality improvements. Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. Create specifications for reports based on business requests. Use data to devise strategies and enhance business performance, applying mathematical modeling and optimization methods. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience: Five (5)+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience. Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English, and communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management and company personnel. Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and handle multiple projects and priorities at one time. Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Ability to analyze and interpret data, quickly identify business problems and opportunities, and document, prepare and present data-driven presentations. Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of SQL. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
