We're Hiring: Customer Service Representatives - Housing Support (Multi-Family & Mortgage) *Are you passionate about helping people find stable housing and navigate the complexities of renting or homeownership? We're hiring for two specialized roles within our housing support call center: *Multi-Family Housing Support* *Mortgage Customer Service Representative (CSR)* *Multi-Family Housing Support - CSR* *What You'll Do:* * Provide compassionate assistance to renters, tenants, and property managers by offering resources and referrals. * Support callers facing eviction or homelessness-empathy and patience are essential. * Handle inquiries related to rental complaints, housing assistance, and tenant rights. * Use a knowledge base to deliver accurate information and document interactions in our internal system. * Occasionally assist homebuyers and homeowners with general housing questions. *What You Bring: * * 2+ years of property management experience. * 1+ year in a contact center or phone-based customer service role. * High school diploma or GED. * Availability to work until 8:00 PM. *Mortgage Customer Service Representative - CSR* *What You'll Do:* * Respond to inbound calls regarding FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage inquiries. * Act as a liaison between the public, lenders, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). * Guide lenders through FHA approval and recertification processes. * Assist with underwriting guidelines, property insurance requirements, and FHA Connection website support. * Help realtors, appraisers, non-profits, and government entities meet HUD requirements. * Provide housing support for callers ranging from first-time homebuyers to those seeking rental or homeless assistance. *What You Bring: * * 2+ years of mortgage experience (e.g., loan processing, underwriting, servicing, or loss mitigation). * Familiarity with FHA guidelines preferred. * High school diploma or GED. * Availability to work until 8:00 PM. * Core Skills & Qualifications* * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Experience in a call center or high-volume phone environment. * Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply. *Performance Expectations* We're committed to excellence. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
