Description
Overview: Walsworth is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our facility in Ripon, Wisconsin. This position is responsible for coordinating the production of a print project from the time it is sold through completion of the project. This salaried, exempt, full-time, benefits-eligible role is part of a fun and dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives. The schedule is 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. This is a 100% on-site position. What You'll Do in Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the point person overseeing every aspect of a customer's print project, from post-sale through project completion. The Customer Service Representative communicates with the customer to understand their needs and expectations; then communicates these details through the job ticket system and personal interactions with production personnel.
