We work with people of all ages at home, at work, and in the community through residential programs, employment services, crisis response, day services and more. We are hiring a Community Outreach Coordinator to conduct activities and developmental screenings for children 0-36 months through increased Child Find events and targeted outreach activities, as outlined in the Child Find plan. Job Responsibilities:
* number of events related to community outreach and child find activities. * number of community outreach by mailers, phone calls, and in-person contacts. * number of screenings and referrals resulting from child find activities. * referral sources and the number of quality referrals (eligible children) resulting from each referral source. * details on the outcome of phone calls and in-person contacts.
