Expert level of proficiency in the tools, techniques, process, and methodologies; Owns and drives work based on general directions. Builds positive working relationships with those around you and demonstrates the ability to inspire others to do what needs to be done. Assist in the development, mentoring, career guidance for other IT staff. Job Duties: 
 
 
 Builds working relationship with key stakeholder groupsSeeks out knowledge and understanding of the key business activities, systems, software, and processes within assigned focus areaWorks with stakeholders to understand problems, needs, and enhancementsProduces specifications for new or modified systems through collaboration with business users and other IT staffDocuments requirements using standard templates, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypesWorks with other IT staff to produce new systems and softwareResearches and evaluates emerging technologies and software solutions for their application to the Firms business needsPerforms build versus buy evaluations of software systems and softwareOversees the implementation of new systems and softwareProvides reference documentation of systems and softwarePlans and facilitates the validation and testing for new systems, software, and enhancementsFacilitates the knowledge transfer and hand off of new systems and software to the Operational support teamCreates and maintains project and resource plans to successfully implement the most complex IT projectsProactively identifies and mitigates project risksMaintains and controls projects through oversight, influence, and communicationDevelops and executes communication plans for projects that include weekly status reports and project change requestsFacilitates the rollout, documentation, training, and communication to end users affected or impacted by IT projectsPlans, maintains, and controls project budgetsProvides input to the development and maintenance of portfolio and product roadmapsCoordinates and manages vendors and vendor resources engaged for project-based initiativesOther duties as required

 Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education: 
 
 
 High school diploma or GED, requiredBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems, preferred
 
 Experience: 
 
 
 Five (5) or more years of experience in the information technology field, requiredExposure to relational database concepts, required Experience as a Software Developer or Analyst, preferredPrior experience working within a professional service firm or military, preferred Prior experience in a leadership role, preferred
 
 License/Certifications: 
 
 
 Project Management or Agile certifications, preferredIIBA certifications, preferred
 
 Software: 
 
 
 Hands on experience working with one (1) or more of the following software systems, preferred: Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Services Automation, Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS, Oracle Business Intelligence, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, CCH ProSystemFX, CaseWare, Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite, Thomson Reuters GoFileRoom, Kentico or other Content Management Systems
 
 Language:

 Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. 
 National Range: $110,000 - $140,000
 Maryland Range: $110,000 - $140,000
 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $110,000 - $140,000
