Job Title: Entry Level AutoCAD Drafter Location: Wilmington, MA Company: TEKsystems Job Type: Contract to Hire This Start 5 days on site and then will become Hybrid 3 Days on and 2 days WFH Job Description: TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level AutoCAD Drafter to join our team in Wilmington, MA. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in drafting and design within the audiovisual (AV) industry. You will work closely with our AV Design Engineer to translate AV system designs into precise AutoCAD drawings. Experience with Revit is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with AV Design Engineer to understand design specifications * Create and modify AutoCAD drawings based on AV design requirements * Ensure accuracy and compliance with drafting standards * Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation * Support project teams with drafting needs throughout the project lifecycle * Qualifications:* * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Familiarity with Revit is a plus * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Excellent communication skills * Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field preferred Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
