Now Hiring: On-Site Security Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Bellevue, WA Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Pay: $33-$35/hour + Overtime (1.5x) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends) About the Role We're seeking a dependable and proactive On-Site Security Specialist to support a growing corporate campus and its newly developed event space. This is a newly created position designed to provide physical security and event support in a dynamic, high-visibility environment. This role is ideal for someone in customer service or event security who thrives in fast-paced settings and is looking to grow their career in corporate security. What You'll Do Badge & Access Management * Issue and verify badges for employees, vendors, and guests. * Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance using Envoy. Security Checkpoint Operations * Staff entry points during events and business hours. * Provide directions and enforce security protocols. Event Security Oversight * Monitor event areas for safety and compliance. * Coordinate with internal teams and emergency services as needed. * Monitor cameras and badge systems. General Security Duties * Rove the Bellevue office to ensure a secure environment. * Assist with key management and support facility upgrades. What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: * Prior experience in event or corporate security (preferred). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. * Familiarity with badge systems and basic security equipment. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Experience with security systems or operations. * Knowledge of access control and surveillance tools. Certifications: Candidates are expected to pursue industry certifications such as PSP or CPP (ASIS) within 2 years of hire.
